The Origin Story

Hello World Universe is what happens when a developer has too much coffee and a deep appreciation for the classics. It's a love letter to that magical first line of code every programmer writes — the humble "Hello, World!"

Why Does This Exist?

Because someone needed to prove that you can make a "Hello, World!" collection look ridiculously good. From FORTRAN's 1957 vintage vibes to Rust's modern memory-safe elegance, we've rounded up 22 languages and given them the brushed-metal treatment they deserve.

🥚 A Secret Worth Finding

Scroll to the very bottom of the homepage. Keep scrolling. You might discover that not all "languages" are created equal. Some markup languages have...strong opinions about being included. We won't spoil it, but let's just say the error handling is intentional.

The Tech Stack

Built with Next.js and an unhealthy obsession with CSS gradients. The "brushed lattice" aesthetic was inspired by industrial design — because code deserves to feel like precision machinery, not a plain text file.
